ISEMS Unified Platform utilizes an open architecture engine which supports multiple standard protocols thus capable of integrating multiple intelligent sub-systems and ingest data from sub-systems, Sensor Networks and AI deployments from across security system, energy system, BMS etc. ISEMS Unified Platform is a perfect solution where large scale deployment and integration of thousands of sensors is required eg. Smart City deployment.

The acquired data will be analyzed and correlated to provide enhanced situational awareness by streamlining incident SOPs with automated workflows, disseminating information rapidly to relevant stakeholders and using data visualization with alert notifications for rapid response.

The native mobile app will allow real-time updates on ground situation by sharing of incident photos and streaming live incident videos from smart mobile device for swift verification and decision making by management team as part of the incident management process.

The data collected from various sources integrated to ISEMS Unified Platform will provide data for future insights and deep learning to improvise and enhance daily operations, allowing setting of measurable KPIs and having dataset for predictive maintenance.

ISEMS Intelligent Multi-Operations Solution (i-MOPS)

ISEMS i-MOPS is suitable for security management of Multi-Sites from a centralized Command Centre where it is essential for Security Agencies to perform Outcome Based Contracts (OBC). By utilizing smart security technology tools in reducing manpower(eg. Video Analytics, Smart Patrol, Robots, etc.), ISEMS i-MOPS allows receiving alarm notifications from these smart technology tools to be correlated with alerts or status of devices from essential security systems like ACS, IDS and CCTV. With ISEMS i-MOPS, the security controller at the Command Centre will be able to manage incidents by exception, verifying from multi data sources prior to confirming the incident and starts the incident escalation process.
With ISEMS i-MOPS, data is collected from the time the incident started till the incident management process ends where essential information required (Who, What, When, Where, Why, How) will be captured using the interactive SOPs where security controllers can also attach incident snapshots or videos as part of the incident report.
Pre-defined business logics and automated workflows like escalating incident notifications to first responders, management team, customers or authorities allow multiple actions to be done by a click of a button which can be part of the interactive SOP workflow.

ISEMS SmartPatrol

ISEMS SmartPatrol provides a better way for guard patrolling with smart features which include include guard tour with online signature, Job Dispatching, Fault Report, Online Monitoring of patrolling status, Incident Reporting and SOS alarm.
Operationally, a security officer may perform his/her patrolling based the assigned and scheduled route. Patrol checkpoints can be registered with either NFC tags, Secure QR code, Bluetooth Beacons or GPS location. ISEMS SmartPatol allows both online and offline patrol so as to avoid operational disruption where the patrol checkpoints are in the areas with poor telco network coverage. The system will also provide an auto alert to the patroller upon clocking a certain patrol checkpoint with a specific job assigned to that particular checkpoint.
ISEMS SmartPatrol provides an online Control Centre System for central monitoring of the security officers’ status and real-time patrolling activities and SOS alarm alerts using Multi Display for e-mapping, Data Analysis and Alarm Interface.

Nx Witness - Open Video Management Platform

Nx Witness is an open video platform that allows sharing of video files across both security and non-security related systems where video can be used to correlate certain events for visual verification and acknowledgement.
Nx Witness adopts a Server Hive Architecture where all servers in a system are equal and synchronise system database in real time. The hive architecture does not depend on a Central Management Server thus eliminating the possibility for a single point of failure. It allows users to access to the entire CCTV system by connecting to any server in the system.
Nx Witness uses secure technologies for inter-application communication and security. These include OpenSSL for network connections, v1+. Server -> Client (Mobile, Desktop, Web) Communications – HTTPS Email – TLS / SSL, TLS as the default option for the Email Server and Salted/Hashed Passwords.
